Undergraduate students taught seminars on the legal modification of the ability to act
Three groups of first-year students from different programs in Law taught diverse training sessions to Demos students, the educational programs for employment and inclusion of youth with intellectual disabilities, developed by the Chair for the Family and Handicaps: Telefónica-Repsol Foundation-Down Syndrome Madrid. In the sessions they explained, with simple and accessible language, the process for legal modification of the ability to act: who it affects, what types of modified abilities exist, what type of support and protection are attempted to be guaranteed, etc.
